This is from the Australian Made Tour 1986/1987. INXS, Mental as Anything, The Triffids, Divinyls were some playing this tour of the major cities. This looks like it might be the Sydney one at Endeavour Park, Sutherland.

I think that the Go Betweens, Spy v Spy, Do Re Mi, Boom Crash Opera and tons of other Australian bands which originated from the same era as the Triffids were better than them. I'm surprised at how much the Triffids are talked up these days, they are good but not great.

I think you are wrong. I don't dislike them but I don't think they are any better than the amount of interest they have already attracted, a fair amount but not a lot.

As someone else said, this live version of Born Sandy Devotional's "Wide Open Road" is part of the re-release of that album. I just want to clarify that this video is included, not just the audio.
