Why would you pander to a pathetic notion brought on by society that you have to be "cool" and set a trend in order to gain popularity; thus somehow succeeding in this existence we call 'life'? It goes against everything The Stone Roses stand for. One likes a song because of what it stands for; they can relate to the lyrics or the music is something they enjoy. Not because it's "cool". Only a 12-year-old would say such a thing.

yeah it should have, Ian brown also said they should have made this the A side he thought one love missed the mark. They defo should have just put this out as the A side nobody else can make music like this

completely one of the best ,most impactful, most real bands ever. Anyone who has any taste knows anything about music, records etc. will greatly respect this band really ahead of their time to me I feel quite 21st century when I listen to the stone roses. beautiful every time
