Was searching Randy's Record Shop of Galatin, TN in America and went down a youtube rabbit hole(appologies, Rev Dodgson) and ended up here. According to Wikipedia there were a lot of racist troubles in UK at that time and this song was mentioned to demonstrate the evolution of certain music genres at that time in the world.
