R I P Chuck Brown (1936- 2012) Back when "Bustin' Loose' was released in 1978, it automatically made me think of this classic from the summer of 1972.. No mistaking Chuck's powerful vocals, and the song has a positive message.

Tell it right and tell the young people their HIS STORY. Black musicians that studied music and their instrument as the tool of their craft. Like Masons they became masters of their craft. Tell the young people about the names of Chuck Brown, JB, Loyd Pinchback, Leroy, and the rest of the Soul Searchers
