Alright, I feel ya. It does bug me when I hear people compare a really good, old band to something new (and usually derivative of the old thing). haha, nope. Don't try to play that game with me. This came WAY after that period in Weezer's history. And if you're referring to the fact that Smoking Popes is about the same age as (or older than) Weezer, that doesn't work either, since old Smoking Popes sounded nothing like this.12 years ago
