You hit the nail on the head so well--Judith is so natural, humble, and gracious--a quality that magnifies her appeal a hundredfold as you hear that loveliness emanating from her. It's beguiling.

Hollywood chords. Lucky group to have her talent for one (1) year. Why? Baby time! hmm,

This lady has a fine, fine voice. It seems to me, however, like she is an actress and considers this her show. Very little chemistry with fellow performers or audience. The Seekers are not the real Seekers without the genuine and incomparable Ms Durham.

A lovely lady, Julie, and a nice voice. However the tune has a theme and undertone representing the "liberated" '70s. I don't think Judith would be caught dead singing such a song. One of the things that highlights her Class and Dignity. Judith's diamond, steadfast lifestyle and morals has stood the test of time. 35,000 copies to make it GOLD? That's nothing.

This is a beautiful song; one of Bruce Woodley's best. It really suits Julie's voice. I'm glad we got the chance to hear these songs even although Judith Durham wasn't singing them.

It's sad that the same respect was not given by Hey Hey to Judith Durham and The Seekers in 1997 when they were out there promoting their "Future Road" album.

@iowa61 You are right on the money again. The Original Four create any alchemy like no other combination has or ever will. And then there is Judith, overloaded with talent, yet so unaffected, joyous, and sweet. I guess that's enough since this a Julie video. I don't want to be offensive to any of her fans.

@howzitgoin1970 Exactly. Taking nothing away from Julie, Karen and least from Louisa, music is a deeply complex, chemical thing. The sum of the parts of Judith and the Boys is irreproducible. Utterly unique. Having said that, Judith's natural, unaffected style is 180 degrees from Julie's over the top brand of theater.

@iowa61 I agree. Not to knock anyone's ability, but this combination just doesn't move me on any level. I wouldn't want to be any of the ladies who followed JD, though.

Trying to be careful and fair here. It would be hard to find better evidence of the extraordinary, utterly unique and very special musical musical chemistry that is the sum of Judith Durham and the Boys than this video...
