Then my good sir you suck if you think making covers are harder then making any original song and I speak if I want and I know what I'm talking about I've done plenty of covers and songs in my time so stfu. This barely even counts as a cover dude. All that is the same is the lyrics. Go write some music and then tell me it doesn't take creativity to cover a song with totally unique instrumentation. I would go so far as to say it is even harder, for me and my band anyways, because we always get stuck with the original beat in our heads. Much simpler to write originals than to do a good cover. Don't speak til you learn wtf you're talking about.

@Cidhighwind83 I totally think he made this his own. When I listen to it I hear someone who struggled but finally dealed with his problems and won this fight. It's surely not this agressive sound of Survivor but I don't think it's necessary. I think Mr. Edenloff laid the focus on expressing the struggle which made him "Just a man and his will to survive" , Survivor laid it on the winning. In my opinion this is a damn good interpretation of the lyrics.

Not sure if anyone has the 7", but if you play it at 33rpm, it sounds pretty awesome too. I put it on after a 12" I had on 33, and it sounds nothing like RAA obviously, but still pretty awesome.
