My guitar cover of Jumpin' Jack Flash by The Rolling Stones. It is in the open G tuning, so it is the way it has been played live (with the exception of the Rock'n'Roll Circus of course), except of the intro, which I don't think they ever played live. So this is the studio intro the way it could be played in open G.

Squier Telecaster - BOSS CS-3, BOSS SD-1 - VOX AC15C1 - SHURE SM57

open G is how Keith plays it but the lead is always standard tuning. I don't know why I person playing it by theirself wouldn't do it in standard because it's hard to do solos in an open tuning

Well I guess I have to tell you.... some two and a half years ago I bought myself a squire affinity telecaster and, being a stones fan i came on the youtube in order to see how to play something. the first tutorial I saw was on start me up by you and now after so short a time I can play at least 30 stones' songs. it is thanks to people like you and, for instance privetricker that newcomers like me can improve and enjoy playing. thank you indeed. I still play your version of that song!
