Edit, for headphones. With the BBC Top of the Pops dancer group.
There are two versions of this song: an 1.47 minute short stereo version, ending just where things become interesting, and then there's the 3.10 minutes mono version with count down intro & abrupt end with engineer's chatter.
I took the mono one, cut out the talking, "enhanced" the sound and gave the song a decent & sooth fade out.
Recorded on July 21, 1964, never released. This is one of only three known Jones/Richards compositions (the other two are "Dust My Pyramids" and - the wrongly Jager/Richards credited - "Ruby Tuesday").
This mono long version was released on the bootleg cd "Black box" by 'Yellow Dog' (YD 046) and on the Russian bootleg "Metamorphosis" by 'cd maximum' (CDM 1202-1064/29) and credited to Oldham/Richards.
Guitars: Brian Jones, Keith Richards & Jim Sullivan. Bass: Bill Wyman. Drums: Charlie Watts.
