Oh, yeah. I saw Skatenigs at Back Room in Austin, 1992ish. Phildo was from Austin, and I saw him spin wax as DJ Fear at the Cave Club in Austin, and that was about 1986. Was on X that night. Super great. Hung at his house with a guy called Zane. Phildo was still known as Phil Owens then. He had, like, 4000 wax records!!

I saw Ministry somewhere in Austin for "The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste", then at Lollapalooza. Saw Revco at Liberty Lunch in Austin, about 1988. I saw NIN at Mirage in 1987 or 1988 before they caught on. The Industrial stuff was the answer for we who wanted to ROCK but hated glam metal.

the combination of artists and culmination of their minds made their underground music an unsurpassable point of contention through a variety of band names. that said, seek their deliverance of audio phenomenon. the revolting cocks were a tip of the erection that has been waiting to fuck your skull since the 90's.

jabs1969--Perfectly stated that is exactly how I felt about that brief moment in time...I would extend it to about 92'93 for me. Then something happened and it all ended, whatever it was. It seems as if all music died around 95. I like, love and appreciate music from the 60's 70's 80's and up to 1995 (in general). There has been very little soul grabbing music from 95 on....what happened?

It's been YEARS since I listened to this. If only the volume could go up even further. Sounds better than my old cassette tapes of it!
