In 1958, a beautiful woman caught the eye of a handsome young man at a dance.. he asked her if she wanted to dance and she said yes.. as they got closer, this song came on.. this was the first song my memom and grandpop danced to..after the song was over, he kissed her and the rest is history.. they lived a beautiful life & I am forever honored & grateful to have had the honor of being their granddaughter.. my grandfather died of cancer in 08 & when we laid him to rest, my grandmother chose to play this song at his funeral.. 5 days ago, my grandmother passed away & this past Tuesday we played this song at her funeral as well, as their life together had come full circle.. the bond I shared with them is unbreakable in death as it was in life and this has been the hardest time of my life, but I find peace in knowing they're together again for eternity dancing to their song in heaven until I one day join them again. RIP memom & grandpop, thank you for the time I was able to share with you during my time here on earth. Forever in my heart & never ever to be forgotten.
