in reply to Jim G (3 years ago), yes Australian Aboriginals have their problems (so do plenty of white Australians by the way) but rememberAborigines lived here for 40,000 years before European settlement and they survived quite well (could you imagine western civilisation lasting that long). I think one of the biggest problems is the attitude by white Australians (and most introduced species towards indigenous peoples) towards Aborigines. We always critisise the aborigines for not conforming to "our" ways but has it ever occured to anyone that we got it wrong, maybe it is white Australia that should be conforming to their ways, I think the world would be a happier, healthier and safer place if we did. Just a thought.
