I wanted to thank all of those for their kind remarks and those who relate. I just turned 60 in May and my family has a tendency of getting old fast after we hit our 60's, I am no exception. The arthritis is getting pretty bad in the knees and the weight is harder and harder to keep off. I have come to the conclusion why older people sleep a lot. As I am coming into my senior years I find myself dozing off at no reason. I will just close my eyes for minute and wake up a half hour later sitting in my chair or my hands still resting on my keyboard of my computer. What's weird is sometimes I even remember what I was dreaming about. The dreams are never of what is going on in my life now. They are always dreams of when I was in High School or in my early 20's and hanging out with my friends or talking to some girl or even some dates that I had gone on. So vivid, it was like yesterday. I think that is why older people sleep so much, we want to have fun again...
