Leaving aside the morality of executing people, it's just not cost effective. It the last 32 years, it has cost California about $4 billion, and there has only been 13 executions. Inmates on death row exhaust public funds with legal appeals. Life in prison is actually cheaper, and if California wants to solve its massive debt problems, this is something crucial that needs to be slashed.

What, are you in such need of approval from everyone else that you have to post it on youtube? Know why this album is called distortion?
