When I first heard the song in Heroes For A Day, just struck me as a "fight the good fight" type song. Couldn't have been more wrong. This particular line struck me hard. "My knees are cut from praying to a god I don't even know. My soul ain't worth saving, but if you're there you won't let her go." Basically pleading to god for her life, his past transgressions be damned.

My favorite Loved Ones songs are the ones you didn't upload.... Drastic sticks out from the EP because its acoustic and Candy Cane has this sort of really good feel to it.

This EP is pretty awesome. None of the songs sound the same which is rare through many of todays melodic pop punk alternative punk rock bands. I'm thinking of getting an album by these guys. Aren't they on Fat Wreck now?
