given how amazing their first couple of LP's were, I'd hoped they would be much better than this by now. I think it's the production that leaves me cold. Reminds of that first Dead Weather record. It's like they spent a while writing the songs but took short cuts recording them. "Press Commercial Funky Guitar Garage Button" on the console then sit back and relax..?
