I think Phil is rock solid grounded and sincere and yet how could he be so naive?Saying stuff like, too many records, too many magazines, everything is reduced etc. Lamenting about a great record disappearing from the charts in four weeks.Alas, broke pretty soon but respected and loved now.

Not sure i wanna admit this but i think phil oakey might be my first boy crush ha ha. what a good looking guy. this is also the first interview that i've heard actual genuine questions that are out of the boring bullshit norm. you could see phil had to really think about answers. not like that anymore, it's all "How important are the fans to you?" Fuck off! Ask something real for god's sake!!! ("How much money have you got" Ha ha what a beauty! No-one asks it but we all want to know!)
