You forgot they mixed punk with a kind of big beat (Sheena is a parasite), post-punk with shoegaze (Mirror's image), and new wave with shoegaze too (Changing the Rain). You might be right, Grunge could be the next move, though they seemed to forget Goth (we may think they are but finally no). Great band though, really well produced with some memorable hits (i just mentioned and Still Life is one of them).

I would say, reminds me of early Simple Minds (so obvious). I don't see the link with the Cure.

They've changed theyre style in the music in a way I never heard a band do before. Been listening to those guys since the first time I heard "Sheena is a parasite" on the radio. I love their stuff so much, a bit sad though that I havent got the chance to see them yet! Greatest band <3

Mi sto' impegnando ha capire sto' gruppo, ma non ci riesco. è uno schifo sentire un gruppo giovane cercare la notorieta' copiando da gruppi che hanno fatto la storia negli anni 80 e ancora piu' triste vedere questi giovani che ci muoiono dietro. RAGAZZI se avete voglia di questo genere ascoltate i cure i division i new order e i vecchi album dei simple minds. ciao
