cuz they dont sing about sex and they dont show off their bodies, if you notice, all the popular stuff now (britney spears, lady gaga, pussycat dolls) is all about the sex appeal , no talent whatsoever

true, it would be cool. but taking metro station as an example, they have been around for ages, and now are suddenly getting airplay. when loads of people in the uk get hold of these bands, it doesn't make them as good anymore. i still like them, but there's just something annoying about my mum and dad singing along to it. lol.
