I've lived in Canada all my life but born in Italy , so I've seen many cultures close up from my travels . There's one thing that Canada has besides every resource on earth , is it's arts . The talents here are phenomenal , not so much as their ability to outshine others , but for their talents , that emerge from it's roots . Such as the bands like the Guess Who , these bands emerged mainly from garages spread all over the Country . Their national humor is got to be sarcasm .

Definitely should be in the HOF! Burt Cummings no doubt the best male rock vocalist ever to come out of "America Junior ."

What a really weird mixture between Johnny Cash (who I love) and Guess Who (who I absolutely love). It doesn't work.

I'm guessing the five band members here are Burton Cummings, Jim Kale, Garry Peterson, Kurt Winter, and Greg Leskiw. Am I right?

Share The Land was written by Burton Cummings.

notice how they chose two of Kurt Winter's songs here; they really put their all into them; must've been a real kick to do this thing with Johnny Cash; wonder if Randy was jealous;

The man was more than a replacement for Bachman. I think he eclipsed him as a songwriter. He was one hell of a great guitarist too. RIP Kurt.

easily...they embodied the spirit perfectly. Cool that they aren't lip synching.

Yes indeed, these guys were hit machine in the 60's early 70's . I always thought thate Paul Rogers of bad company was the best pure singer in a rock and roll and if he wasn't Burton Cummings surely was.
