Casey Jones was a train engineer who (legal at the time) used cocaine to make record breaking cost to cost freight deliverys. On his last freight run he ran into the back of a passenger train that was improperly parked on the tracks. As far as I know, to date, no train accident has killed more people than Casey Jones last cocain assisted freight run.
