You can't really categorize these guys as screamo.. If we have to go in sub genres and all, they're "Ambient/Post-Hardcore" pure and simple. Their ep A son:A Disease is much better and much more "Ambient". Screamo is categorized as mainstream music and these guys are probably one of the most original band I've ever heard, mostly with their latest ep.
