What I've always heard and the last few lines of the song back this up is that he meets a woman. The woman, working with a man lures him to a secluded house or area. The man she is working with is the one in the woodshed. When the narrator of the song goes to the woodshed, the man attacks him. They tie him up, gag him and take off "with his car and all of his money."

BRILLIANT! I remember hearing this for the first time on the Radio 1 breakfast show(when it was hosted by Chris Evans) in 1996 when I was 11! It really reminds me of those days....Euro 96 was going on, it was scorching hot weather, the world of TV and Music was buzzing (Britpop, The Big Breakfast, Tony Blair, Oasis v Blur)...and there was a general feel good factor in the UK. It is a world away from what we have today sadly!
