We are The Damn Truth. A Rock N' Roll band from Montreal Canada.

We chose to cover the song Yes Sir No Sir off of the Arthur album, which in our opinion is one of the greatest, most overlooked albums of all times.

When we discovered it's existence a few years ago we simply knew that we had to tell everyone about it and bring it back to todays collective consciousness, for it is just as relevant today as it must have been in '69.

" Doesn't matter who you are", there will always be someone telling you how to do your shit better, making individuality become such a lost commodity .

We feel that the anti-war & anti establishment messages it holds convey and express our exact feelings. Lee-la and Tom (vocalist and guitarist) grew up in Israel and they both know firsthand how fucked up war and war-makers can be.

As for working with Ray Davies...It would be a privilege, an honor and an over-all smashing good time to record ( the band own 2 recording studios) , create (we are constantly writing new rock n' roll music ), or hell, we'll just say it:

We want to tour Arthur with Ray Davies. That would be our wettest of dreams.
