Info is below; I just want to state that I never felt this warmth, this all-around love for music, and i am truly overwhelmed by the all nice remarks, and open-minded stories that are told purely by this song and the all round feeling; that this is a place where no one, is hateful or judgemental, and we all share this, what i like to call an emotion from everywhere, and very close-by. I am really proudly overwhelmed, i never thought a video of a song that was not on youtube before, could have such a loving, caring response from so many people.
I really really love you all, for sharing your stories, for responding so nicely to those stories. Probably this vid has the least hated remarks ever. We are a very nice bunch of people. Yes we are ;)

There is enough variation and depth to the music of The Cure, that since 2000 I have not listened to anything else. Call that shallow or stuck or close minded...I do have my reasons. I am slightly stuck on Bloodflowers and all of the Lost Flowers and demos from period...I listen to some variation of The Bloodflowers album every day....5,235 and counting. When self titled came out, I was and still am filled with life from BF's...so I kind of held it off for the day the music ended. When 4:13 came out...I explored the self-titled 100-200 times...yes, I have listened to 4:13 at least 100 times also. I first saw them live in mid-80's...still see them every chance I get. I really wish Robert was more liberal in releasing....but perfectionism has its toll. He is absolutely the best song writer (lyrically and musically), poet and story teller of my lifetime.11 years ago

the song disintegration reminds me of about twenty two years ago a girl I knew was knifed and murdered in her moms' apartment before school and as she lay there bleeding to death she smeared on the wall with her own blood the two girls' initials that killed her.11 years ago
