THE TALE OF KELTIAR | Chapter IV - The Chase

Haelorian had recovered it's old Strength and light and was stronger than ever. However, while Ghaen tribe had focused on rebuilding his legendary stronghold, Rystiria's forces recovered their strength in Rockgard Citadel.

Rystiria was unwilling to lose its supremacy, and pretended to reconquer Haelorian. His new army, invoked from the underworld, marched across the plains of Keltiar. But she didn't want to command the army blindly to a certain death. So She took her three best explorer riders and sent them to Haelorian.

The guards of the east watchtower sighted three riders of the underworld and suddenly sounded the war horn. Samhain lifted his bow and spear, and rode into the woods on his mount, Álainn.

The Rhiannon, chased the three horsemen of hell. The underworld mounts were extremely fast, but the arrows of Samhain were even faster. The gallop of the four animals was so thundering that the pursue sounded as a reel played on a bodhran.

Samhain pursued the explorers across the woods, guiding them into a trap, to the edge of the woods, where the oaks met the cliff of Owenriver. It was a wide cliff, but the explorers had no choice but to jump the cliff if they wanted to to escape. It seemed impossible to reach the other side of the cliff but the three underworld riders tried it first and then, Shamhain. One of them fell into the abyss, and another lost his balance when he reached the other side, in that moment the Rhiannon put an arrow in his head.

The first two riders died quite fast, but the third was more skilled than the rest. He was Rarghont, commander of Rystiria's army. That day, he scaped from The Rhiannon's arrows and reached the marching army, because she had to turn around and gallop Haelorian after seeing what he saw.

EL CUENTO DE KELTIAR | Captulo 4º - La persecución

Haelorian habia recuperado su antiguo vigor y brillo y era ahora mas fuerte que nunca. No obstante, mientras que la tribu "Ghaen" se habia centrado en levantar de nuevo su legendario castillo, las fuerzas de Rystiria se habian hecho mas fuertes el la ciudadela de Rockgard.

Rystiria no estaba dispuesta a perder su supremacia y pretendia recuperar Haelorian. Su nuevo ejercito, direcctamente invocado del averno, ya marchaba sobre las llanuras de Keltiar, pero la malevola lider no queria dirigir a su ejercito ciegamente a una muerte segura. Por lo tanto reunio a sus tres mejores jinetes exploradores y los envio a espiar las lindes de Haelorian.

Los guardas de la atalaya este avistaron tres jinetes del averno e inmediatamente hicieron sonar el cuerno de guerra. Samhain cogió su arco, enfundo su lanza y monto sobre su montura, de nombre Álainn.

La Rhiannon persiguió a los exploradores adentrándose en el bosque y guiándoles a una trampa. Condujo a los exploradores hasta las lindes del bosque, donde los robles y el acantilado de Owenriver se topaban. Era un acantilado sumamente ancho, pero los exploradores no tenian mas elección que saltar sobre el precipicio si querian escapar. Parecia imposible alcanzar el otro extremo del acantilado pero lo intentaron, primero los tres exploradores y segundos mas tarde Samhain. Uno de los jinetes cayo al abismo, y otro de ellos perdió el equilibrio tras llegar al otro borde, lo que resulto nefasto para él, puesto que La Rhiannon aprovecho el instante para clavar una flecha en su sien.

Los dos primeros exploradores cayeron relativamente rápido, pero el tercero era sumamente mas habilidoso que el resto. El era Rarghont, comandante de las tropas de Rystiria. Aquel día escapó de las flechas de Samhain y alcanzo la columna del ejercito que ya marchaba sobre La fortaleza de Haelorian, no por que la Rhiannon no fuese capaz, sino por que tuvo que dar media vuelta y volver a Haelorian Athe para preparar la defensa de la capital que en breves seria asediada por un ejercito como nunca antes se había visto.
