I have played this song for 45 years (in fact performed it at an open microphone session last night). I heard the original by John Braden for the first time in the last few days. I only recently found out that Charade recorded Song To Raymondo (and another Braden original) well before Autumn recorded their version in 1971. I am thinking that Charade discovered the Braden original and Autumn actually covered the Charade version....am I right? p.s. Could you please put Song To Raymondo in the title of this video so it shows up in a Youtube search?
