the 'editing' was there where the album was first released way back in early '69. Sister got this for me when it 1st came out. And it was the editing that was most of the magic for me here...fell immediately in love with this song from the very 1st time I heard the commercial on CKLW announcing the release of the album!10 years ago

@gomektampa, I don't know but I always just figured they recorded the first part of the song and the ending in two separate takes and spliced them together. It's a very noticeable edit, for sure.13 years ago
