@Khultan There is actually a technical reason for that; it's mainly because John Lennon, who plays rhythm guitar on this track, selects the bridge pick up rather than the neck, which is more usually the case with rhythm guitarists. Paul's bass work is also superb on Don't Bother Me, as you might expect from a bassist of consummate ability.
