Travis left the Aquabats to join Blink in 1998/1999. As much as it does look like him it's not Tom, however Tom and Mark used to go to their shows often because the two bands were friends. Remember this was around the same time, everyone was trying to look like "the real slim shady"

Guys! That's Tom DeLongue! At first he did dress like that, look up the Music Video: Josie. Second of all he only had one tattoo in the dude ranch era that rapped around his upper left arm. Also that was the tour that Travis Barker got into Blink 182, they toured to support their new album dude ranch and found Travis somehow. C'mon guys, don't be stupid.

Fifteen years later and the Aquabats are still going strong and finally realized their dream of producing a great kid's show! I was sad to see them lose the brass section in the 00's, but thing's change and they're still fun to listen to.
