To my fellow freestylers trying to progress themselves- In my opinion, if you're trying to get better at rapping I would definitely practice off of alchemist instrumentals. Ive experienced at least 100 instrumentals with the same generic "bass build up and drops" combined with a particular "sample" that allows for the rapper using these "typical beats" to be limited in their flow and rhyme style. Alchemist's varying groove and tempo is individual for every beat he makes which allows not only for you to experiment around with "where YOUR flow fits best" but also allows you to comfortably be able to feel different types of flows and rhyme schemes. Hope everyone gets to the level of rapping they want to be at.
