This song was originally recorded and released on an album by Robert Byrne (who co-wrote it). It was covered by Michael Johnson in 1979, T.G and Alabama in 1983 and finally by Ronnie Dunn in 1984. Ronnie Dunn's version is hard to find and was the only version known to be released as a single. It is in high demand since he became part of Brooks & Dunn, and it is the best version of the song.
