The GS Mini is awesome. I absolutely love my Spruce top. Compact and yet no compromise on the sound which is amazing. The only downside is that the ES-Go is terrible. Taylor, please improve the pickup.Although, I did snapped a string on mine but did enable me to replace all the strings. The Elixir Medium Gauge it came with, it kinda affected the playability, was a bit too stiff... Swapped the old set for Elixir Custom Light Polywebs... Made my GS Mini sound even better and more playable...

I own a GS Mini Mahogany, it's an amazing guitar. The only downside is the pickup that Taylor designed for it... I really wouldn't recommend it. Superb guitar for small intimate jam sessions or busking or maybe as a songwriter guitar, but with the Taylor pickup, unusable for gigs.

I bought an original mini 4 years ago and LOVED IT!  I just bought a rosewood and it's nice but the action doesn't seem as nice.  It's my 4th Taylor and I will swear by them!  Love your videos

I'm wondering if this guitar can get louder than my Ibanez AEG24II. I bought it because of how thin it is and that's why I thought it will be good for travelling. Now I know that it's pretty silent, the sound is not that great and it's not portable either. Can you recommend it for travelling and mainly playing in church?
