'Little Drummer Boy' itself is a much loved seasonal record that's been reworked numerous times in the last sixty years. Now the young songbird puts a beat to the marching skin, as we join in the spirit at her Battersea flat front-room with piano accompaniment for this updated live version. It's a grand yet cosy spectacle that she builds up majestically, to remind us why she's amongst the most diverse contemporary acts with a classic streak that Britain has to offer right now.
