This song is really interesting to me because it has a country western feel but the chords John used to write this song are chords that are not typically used in country songs.

I bought this album on a whim in 1980 and I couldn't believe what a wide variety of songs it had! This was the first country song from Elton that I'd ever heard. Many years later I know that Elton has quite a few country gems hidden in his catalogue.
