I´m really surprised! Let him know I studied composition and arranging at the Conservatory here in Buenos Aire and I really admire him as a singer and arranger. We hope Take 6 come to Argentina some day so we can enjoy their show and learn a lot from them. I also thank you very much for your help and I´m looking forward to your reply. :)

Actually it is not a joke. I asked him. I will ask him what he's saying at 2:24 and let him know you are a big fan. Seriously, I did ask him. He's a very nice man. I will send him your greetings from Argentina!

Mark? Haha. Are you serious? I suppose it´s a joke… Anyway, thanks for that, but the problem is the other one! Do you know the lyrics at 2:42? (Oh… and my native language is spanish. I´m a big fan of Take 6 from Argentina!). Thanks! Greetings to Mark! ;)

I asked Mark and he said the words are "He'll bring joy for your sorrow." I thought those were the words, but I wanted to make sure. He would like to know what is your native language. :)

Hey! Thank you very much. You´re right at 2:51!!! Yes! I´m still not sure at 2:42. In some live versions I hear something like "You gotta DO it, you serve, etc." and sometimes it seems that he doesn´t say "mighty GOD". I hear "Girl" or something. Maybe he pronounces in a weird way haha. You really helped me. Thank you!

My mens' choir sang this song at the beginning of our scholastic year. I was blessed enough to be given the solo. The lyrics at 2:42 go, "She don't have to cry no more. You gotta tell her you serve a mighty God..." The lyrics at 2:51 are, "I'm not worried 'bout tomorrow. He'll bring joy for your sorrow..." I hope this helps! It's such a fantastic song by a fantastic group. Good luck with your performances!

If you find out this, please make me know! And by the way.. in the song "Amen" near the end, Mark sings "Don´t let the (....) testify". I don´t know that word either ha ha. Any idea? Thank you so much!

Hi! First of all, thanks for your answer! I hear something like that but I have listened to all the live versions I found and I`m still not sure of it, especially the first one. Thanks again!

never noticed that, at 2:42 kinda sounds like, 'you gotta tell him yourself, the mighty god' and 2:51 sounds like 'having joy for your sorrow'

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this: What does Mark sing after 2:42? “She don`t have to cry no more” AND THEN? And: 2:51 “I`m not worried about tomorrow” (….) “for your sorrow” I sing this song with my group and I don`t understand that part. (I`m not a native English speaker) Thanks!
