The first album was a blues nugget. This is his 'soul' album. A remarkable guy. Last time I saw him was at Glastonbury in 1981. Him on Guitar with a rhythm section that I can't remember. It was a magical night. He came on for the encore and went straight in to a storming version of 'Sugar Mama'. He did it in his best 'Howlin' Wolf' voice. It was mean!
