And maybe it's just me, but Alex Ayuli's vocals on the original are too sluggish and the singing is rarely on-pitch—they were definitely more suitable for the groups dream pop songs. IMO, Tahiti 80's singer has the perfect voice for this: smooth, cooing, luscious, and honey sweet.

I'm first going to note that I prefer the Tore Johansson mix of this Tahiti 80 cover to A.R. Kane's original; that particular mix brings out the jazz-bent futuristic disco sounds—I totally dig this—which are present here but obscured by a bunch of other (imo) unneccessary sounds. (continued)

@portabletiger I think the drumkit version is the original by Tahiti 80 and this is a console remix that they have released later, something like that :) The original sounds so much better, I remember listening to it in my first teenage years! I don't really like this console version, it's ok but the original feels so much better. I never knew this A R Kane's track and after listening to it I still think the 1st version by Tahiti 80 sounds like an improved version of AR Kane :)

@portabletiger There is a better version than this with a drumkit instead of a basic hip hop style beat :) Just search Tahiti 80 - A Love From Outerspace and you'll find it uploaded by a user called DiegoFaria86. :) Great track trust! Can't let you go without listening to it! ^ ^ Hahahaha
