Seeing how since google plus has been connected with youtube, it is no longer possible to reply to old comments, in response to those comments by +paddymoep on this video about 2 years prior, It would seem that those quotes, regarding a discrimination down to a science, and Helmut Engels, are all from the same movie, "Gattaca", which was originally filmed in english, and later quoted in some german texts, but, none of those comments originated in a book, or from Helmut Engels. As near as I can find anywhere.
