ik this wasn't the best performance but hey everybody has off days leelee just needs to sing more and get more comfortable singing lead more and she'll be fine their all great singers things go wrong sometimes i wish i could find more vids of them performing this song

Taj and Leelee complained that they were not getting enough lead time so now they getting it. Let's be real Coko IS the voice of SWV she is a monster, a goon, a beast leave it to her and with the right songs you ladies can rip the charts again! Dont get me wrong --I absolutely love SWV! &, I hear that. Being a musician myself all kinds of things can affect your performance. Sometimes those in control of the sound --no Most times those in control of the sound is F'n up- will make you sound F'ked up, and you will then get nervous and BE F'ked up. Dats why you have to PRACTICE. stay in control--throw the damn mike down and Do The Damn Thing! A-CAPELLA Like Coko said if you have to. Get it together!

If you look at some of their old clips their harmonizing is impeccable -- Idk wth Le is trying to do right now but um, NO its not working. She stays on the octave, doesn't blend w/the harmonies of either Coko or Taj?! On vocal training guess what?-- Coko does her exercises regularly but all I hear Taj & Le do is complain hummm again WTH?!

Yep! I think that more practice (vocal & performance), & rest would tighten up their performances. I have noticed that they are getting new choreography which is a good thing. Still, they need to "tighten it up" with coordinating the dance steps so that they are not all off free-styling out-of-sync with the music & ea other. It looks hella Krazy ?!

also lelee sings like shes a solo act, she never tries to blend with Taj shes on her own trip and then shes gonna turn aroun at their album release party and say "dont talk shit about us" lol gurl dont give us reason to and we wont! You are never too good for vocal lessons so follow En Vogues example cos they still get vocal training... so you and taj go hook up a vocal coach jus sayin

i totally agree, drummer always over does it so bloody annoying. i also think taj & lelee have a very low performance expectation or they live in a deluded world where they think because they were a successful group their live act doesnt have to be that great or they think theyre good live when they really arent. Look at En Vogue they are superb live performers & they stil hav vocal coaches & lessons, SWV have none of that & they need it!

I was literally like 4th row during this performance. Something was simply wrong with TAJ mic period. Lelee was super nervous but I don't even care. She paid her dues already so...*insert shurg*. This wasn't her best but I I am sure she will have better andddd I will still jam this song HARD.

Sighh, the damn sound system is fucked up for 1. They obviously can't hear themselves on the monitors. Whoever is at the board is F'n up! If they could hear themselves they'd be able to blend. LeLee & Taj have skills, granted their voices aren't as strong as Coko's & they are all nervous 'cause they can hear how f'd up they sound. Band is too loud. They are often trying to sing over the damn drummer wtf!? We know you got skills big mike, but damn its the girls time to shine -- not yours IJS

why couldnt lelee just put that damn mic on the stand, stand still, compose herself???? and maybe she would of nailed it! its so much harder to sing holding a mic but because shes nervous she has to be holding something she doesnt realise it just makes it worse GOD SHE SOUNDED HORRIBLE

Lelee kinda drop the ball on this performance but I still love her and know that chick got mad vocal skills but she sounded good on the others songs they did so 1out of all its ok.next time she wiill be on point. And taj be sounding good but her mic be low why tho

I agree! Taj mic is ALWAYS low!!! I don't understand it!! It would seem like someone would have told the sound folks by now to get their shit together... Just takes away from the performances! Damn!!
