All your religious debates are meaningless if your ultimate aim is not to make the world a better place. Paul of Tarsus writes:"If I speak with human eloquence and angelic ecstasy but don't love, I'm nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate. If I speak God's Word with power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, "Jump," and it jumps, but I don't love, I'm nothing. If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don't love, I've gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I'm bankrupt without love."

#28daysoflovechallenge *Day5 : Music**Contrary to popular belief the late 1960's weren't filled with sex, drugs and rock and roll.*Yeah, we were (and are) the Woodstock Generation and we left Yasgurs farm full of hope and full of enthusiasm to make this world a much better place. #Woodstock *"The Wheel of Time turns, an Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. In one Age, called the Third Age by some, an Age yet to come, an Age long past, a wind rose in the Mountains of Mist. The wind was not the beginning. There are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning. - Eye of the World"*Today we are *The Boomers* and every social and financial ill is laid at our doorstep. #babyboomers We're responsible for all the woes of the world. *God, now I know how my dad felt.**I've remained intact and transparent.*Some might call it being an old hippie but when I heard this song for the first time last year it stole my heart. It says:*You make the world you want, every day You're alive.*If YouTube allowed it I'd use the intro to this song on every one of my SHOA's*Call it naivete, call it what you will.**I still believe we can make a positive difference if we just stop blaming each other.*Hope you enjoy listening to it#changetheworld

Christ never came to make a new religion but came to give us a new relationship with the Father.

I don't care if you're a Christian or not- you're having an effect on the world. That's what the song is saying. If you don't like the state of the world, don't just sit there and complain. Do something. This song was an eye-opener for me. I would always see pictures of third-world countries stricken with poverty, and see on the news about something happening in first-world countries (murder, suicide, etc.) but I would always just feel bad and then continue life. "I'm just one person, I can't change anything." We've all thought it at some point. But even the small ripples of how you live your life can make big waves. So I'm going to try to spread love; not just to Christians, but to everyone, and not just as a Christian, but as a person who wants to see a brighter world.

I'm not a Christian, or actually, part of a religion, but I enjoyed the song and its message immensely.

Just got back into this band. Kinda got into different stuff after OH! Gravity. IMO this song doesn't sound like any they've put out before and I love it! Kudos to these guys for 9 albums of musical growth and awesomeness!
