I don't "blame hot topic", I blame commercialism of the goth genre, hot topic being the most commonly known source. Chill out, biddy., it's all the same stereotyping and overpricing, selling out to teenagers who dont actually get what real goth is. It's not about rubber dresses and striped tights, its about an appreciation for darkness, in all its forms. That's what I meant.

LOL! Another person blaming Hot Topic. You could easily blame small/medium-sized labels like Metropolis for signing tons of crappy bands and providing them no support instead of heavily supporting a few, high quality bands. Or as Daniel Meier of Haujobb once said to Dave Heckman (President of Metropolis) outside of a club... "What tour support?" and "You signed emo bands." LOL!
