In the bible there was a group of sick and palsy people that would live around this fountain or well. They knew that an Angel of the Lord would summon them but it was only a one that would be healed when the angel would summon them. The angel would summon them and God would trouble the water and they would be healed. Jesus was walking through that part of town when a man who had waited for a long time to be healed was by the fountain. Christ then asked him why he was by the well, and so he told Christ the story not knowing who he was. Christ said by your faith you have been healed, and the man rose up and walked.
