I'm so very sorry to hear that,Steve. Kind of breaks my heart. Cindy has so many people out there who admire/love/respect her & would give their eye-teeth to hear her perform in the groundbreaking project! Oh, well, I have every expectation that what you and the Ladies are putting together will be STELLAR!

Randall, Thank you for your lovely comments. We had everything ready for Cindy to be a part of this project. Chose a song specifically for her - everything was arranged to the point where I stood in Shoshana's vocal studio with Cindy & Scherrie and completely out of the blue Cindy's deeply religious manager exclaimed 'Cindy won't be recording any secular music today'. Scherrie and I were gutted. We had the contract and the payment for Cindy's contribution right there - it didn't happen. Gutted.

Steve, this mother-daughter duel left me speechless! As a widower raising my son alone, I truly appreciate this moving tribute to fatherhood! If the other tracks are anywhere close to being this good, you will have made a remarkable contribution to contemporary music! Now if only you could convince the much beloved Cindy Birdsong to do something with you...
