Sucks compared to the original "Riding the Waves". That was way better, but not as commercial so it sold bad i guess. Sadly the wannabe Disco teens from todays times need vocals in everything :-/

Well... The lyrics are suggestive of travel (typical of summer), the orginal video is set on a beach somewhere sunny and the track was released just before the start of the summer season and played extensively over the summer months, especially in places like Ibiza. So it reminds people of the Summer... That would be my best guess
