I was sixteen years old when this tune came out in 1970 as accordionist at the beginning and later a organist and a pianist I always wanted to learn this song but I put it on the back burner no excuses I just forgot about this killer tune. Well forty five years later I have mastered this song charting it note for note. It wasn't easy but I am old school so I learned it without transcripts or watching some one on you tube covering it. No short cuts!!!!!!!!! I never told the Wedding / Private Affair band that I was learning Green Eyed Lady I just started to play it at a rehearsal and there teeth almost dropped .Good new they learned it and we open the night with it that is cool stuff!!!!!!
