Nope, watershed is a UK term to determine when programmes/music video's should be aired - pre-watershed (usually before 9pm) and post-watershed (after 9pm). The pre-watershed version will probably be less "suggestive" if you get what I mean...

In the UK watershed has a special meaning in broadcasting, denoting the time in the evening after which programmes are no longer guaranteed as suitable for viewing by children. So I guess it's like censored or smth
