Ok, to clear this up - this song has nothing to do with drugs. It was written about a normal man with a normal job, who had transvestite tendancies: he rented a shithole flat where he could go off for an hour at a time and dress up as he pleases without it affecting his 'normal, wife & kids' life. To evidence this you can see it in the background VT. At a gig just before starting to sing, Brett said "this is not a song about drugs". This gig was recorded on Radio 1 in Reading Uni.
