I could tell the second i started this album that it was going to be better instrumentally than their last album. I just didn't really like the vocal change at first. But its really starting to grow on me. Gives me sort of a northlane feel

Jesus guys give up on your stupid "lows". Lows don't dictate good vocals, you just think you sound badass and hardcore when you obsess over them. Don't listen to music to look cool, listen to music that you like. The new vocalist can do lows but decided not to because it sounds better without them. So shut up about the lows already. Yeah, the vocals were more diverse in Divided By, but that album was also mixed like garbage and musically, the time signatures changed so much that it sounded like I was listening to a jumbled mess, minus At Las[t], but that could also be the quality too. To me, this album is better suited to actually bob my head to and understand more musically, but the drumming is still complex and not just going with everything else. Also, I can't think of another band, instrumentally, that this band sounds like. The tones in the melodies, as well as the melodies themselves are different than anything I've heard from any other band.
