Great performance by ALL! Noel was always underrated with Jimi composing the bass lines, then showing him and recording most of the Experience bass tracks himself. If one has never played three-piece before, somebody has to hold it together and Noel did a fine job of doing that with the heavy improvisational style of both Hendrix and Mitchell. There are very few that have the talent, stamina, and guts to play an hour 15 minute gig three-piece these days!

Noel Redding keeps looking at Randy like "He ain't no Jimi, but he'll have to do.....for now until I get up there to the big jam session in the sky!"

I don't recall Noel looking at his watch at the beginning of any set with Hendrix.

I knew Randy back in the early 70s when he was jammin in a garage just off 35th and Webster. He was a peaceful and humble dude and had a good vide in tow. You west Seattle guys know where I'm coming from. LOTS!

Did they tour at Noel's home? Kidding, sorry... Yes Noel had great basslines in the Experience, very regular and mesmerizing, often like a real mantra, dark but clean sound. I prefer him to Billy but it's because the JHM was way a unrepeatable band and yes Noel deserves his own kudos for that. Remember he was often the one who had to keep the line between two crazy, dizzy performers like Jimi & Mitch.Sorry he didn't grab a chance for a decent post JHE career. R.I.P.

Yeah, it sucked for Noel. "R.I.P." He thought he was going to play guitar when the "Experience" was first put together and instead, they handed him a bass. And now, with this video, you can see he's just going through the motions.

Hey I Watched! What a Show!Amazing And Well Made Setup For The Guitar! I Don't Know Much About Randy But He Made Nice Sounds But He's Style Have Little Bit Nasty In My Opinion! We Are All Only A People So Some More And Less Nasty Styles So What But I Think Nasty Is Little More Shadow On The Show Than Soft And Easy! I'm Just Only An Experimental Guitar Player Who Sing Feelings From My Soul And Also At The Moment I Looking For Members & Supporters To My Band Project! I Give Thumbs Up!Feels By Assa!
